What personal data IC Logistics Group ApS handles when you visit this website or contact us, and what your rights are.
IC Logistics Group ApS, CVR 44902281, Hæstvej 46B, 8380 Trige, Denmark, is the data controller for the personal data described on this page.
IC Shared Service Center ApS, our group's service centre, runs this website and our IT on our behalf, as our data processor.
Questions about your data: cl@iclg.dk.
This website sets no cookies. It uses no statistics, advertising or tracking tools, so there is nothing to accept and no cookie banner.
Our host, Cloudflare, delivers the pages to you. To do so, its servers receive your IP address, what your browser says about itself and the address of the page you ask for. Cloudflare uses them only to deliver the pages and to protect the website against attacks, on our behalf as our data processor. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Cloudflare also asks your browser to tell Cloudflare, for up to seven days, when a page fails to load (Network Error Logging), so that delivery can be kept working. These reports go to Cloudflare alone.
Cloudflare is a US company. Data transferred to the United States is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which Cloudflare has joined, and by the EU's standard contractual clauses.
When you email or call us, we use your name, your contact details and what you tell us to answer you and to handle any business that follows. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or the steps towards an agreement that you ask us to take (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).
We keep the correspondence for as long as the matter needs it, and longer only where the law requires it, such as the Danish bookkeeping rules for invoices. Our email and IT providers process it on our behalf as data processors.
The colleagues whose names and work contact details appear on this website are published as business contacts, so that you can reach the right person. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in being easy to reach (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Each of them can ask us to take their details down.
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict how we use it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a format you can take elsewhere. Write to cl@iclg.dk; we answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, www.datatilsynet.dk, or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
